Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation requests raised after 24 hours or once the order is processed/shipped will not be accepted.

To request a cancellation, customers must email support@picassocases.in within 24 hours along with valid order details.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.
Eligible Cases for Return
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strict Requirement)

A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all return, replacement, or refund requests.

Start before opening the sealed package

Clearly show the shipping label

Show the product and the issue clearly without cuts or edits

If the unboxing video is missing, unclear, edited, or incomplete, Picasso will not be responsible for any return, refund, or replacement claim.
All return or refund requests must be raised by emailing support@picassocases.in with the unboxing video attached.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

Self-placed wrong orders, including ordering:

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, water exposure, or normal wear and tear

Product Representation Disclaimer

Minor variations in color, design, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted on the basis that the product does not look exactly the same as shown in advertisements or images.
Refund Policy

Once the return request is approved and the product passes inspection, the refund will be processed.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the issue is caused by Picasso.
